Mechanism of action of Viagra

Viagra works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). When cGMP is degraded by the body, it increases blood flow to the penis, facilitating an erection during sexual stimulation. This increase in blood flow facilitates the ability to get and maintain an erection during sexual activity. By preventing this enzyme from degrading cGMP, Viagra inhibits the action of PDE5, increasing the levels of cGMP in the body. This increased sensitivity of the penis to sexual pain makes it easier for the body's blood vessels to dilate, leading to an erection when you are sexually stimulated.

1. Mechanism of Action - Inhibition of PDE5 from being a component of the enzyme system results in a decrease in the level of cGMP within the body. This causes the cGMP to be levels more sensitive to stimulation than before. This allows the cGMP to be less degraded, enhances blood flow, and improves the beige, tabor, and odor of an erection.

2. Effectiveness - Viagra can be taken with or without food. While the time it takes to work may vary, usually the effectiveness of Viagra Tablet can be observed within 30 minutes. This time period is called the effective dose. It increases the blood flow to the penis, enabling the man to get an erection when sexually stimulated.2.hner KI, Wijffraaf A, Bredell L, Pert LE, et al. For most patients, the recommended dose of Viagra is 50mg, taken about one hour before sexual activity. In contrast, the recommended dose of Viagra is 20mg, taken about one hour before sexual activity. This difference is due to how well the medication works for different populations, such as patients who have difficulty taking the medication. For patients with "on-demand" therapy, the recommended dose is once-a-day sexual activity (including intracavernosal therapy (CCTA) and intraspinal (iasplnc) therapy). CCTA is indicated for patients with on-demand erectile dysfunction but not for those who cannot take CCTA or iasplnc therapy. iasplnc is indicated for patients with on-demand erectile dysfunction who are able to take Viagra on an empty stomach but not full stomach, or who have difficulty taking the medication.

I have been taking it regularly since taking Viagra, and I am having sex three or four times a week now. I have been having a hard time keeping my erection in a state of arousal for a couple of days or so after taking Viagra. My sex life is now seriously off. I am constantly having to take the medication and I am having to do things that I would like to not have done. I am constantly having to deal with the erection issues that I have and my sex life is severely off. I have noticed that after taking the medication for a few days I have no idea how I have been able to get to a state of arousal (not that I have ever had an erection) for the last few months.
